St Johns Winchester Dementia

St John’s Dementia Support is a community service with two Admiral Nurses and a Dementia Support Worker. The team provides support to those over 55 who are living with dementia within their own home, as well as their families and carers. The service is available to those living in the Winchester District and surrounding areas.
