Blood Pressure Check Invitations from Twyford Pharmacy
You may soon receive an SMS invitation from Twyford Pharmacy (working in partnership with Twyford Surgery) inviting you to have your blood pressure checked.
This is part of a local NHS initiative to help identify and prevent high blood pressure (hypertension) early. The checks are being offered to patients who do not already have a diagnosis of hypertension and who have not had a recent blood pressure reading recorded in the past year.
What to Expect
- You may receive a text message inviting you to book a quick and free blood pressure check at Twyford Pharmacy.
- The check is simple, confidential, and takes just a few minutes.
- Your results will be shared securely with your GP so your medical record can be updated if needed.
